it is in excellent condition, it looks pretty much new, the pics don't do it justice, no dead pixels, it has a screen protector applied by its a little poorly applied near the bottom (read: there are a few air bubbles at the bottom right hand corner), but you can take it off as you please,
comes with docking cradle, batteries, ac adapter, dell carrying case, travel charger, user manual, + original unopened Pocket PC 2003 software
