Volume, email, other labels not showing up- acer ferrari 3200

I have an acer ferrari 3200, just got a question, it seems when i switch over to sp2 after some time all my volume lables and email labels fail to show up. In saying labels as in you know that green bars that show up when you are lowering or increasing volume and like it shows that speaker icon when you turn off sound and turn it back on. None of that shows up nemore, its not a serious problem but its a frustrating one. can neone help me? is there an easy fix?

Launch Manager is the Acer application which controls this (on my 8204 at least). Try reinstalling it.
