Need help with macbook + games?

HI all I am thinking of selling my dell laptop and getting a macbook or macbook pro. Does anyone know if the macbook will be able to play ToCa Race Driver 3 under windows? Will the macbook run that game without lag?

check the various dedicated windows and intel 950 GMA reviews. it will give u an idea of what u can expect w/ windows gaming on mac hardware.

I am not sure for that paticular game but in general integrated graphics are not all that wonderful. They use a shared system with RAM and this severly cuts down on game performance. It it is an odler, less graphically intense game, it may be just fine.

Does intel 950 GMA beats the NVIDIA GeForce 4 MX with 64MB? Because even with that NVIDIA card it plays that game pretty well with share memory.

I'm contemplating buying a Macbook and currently have an HP L2000 with an ATI Radeon Xpress 200m. I don't play too many cames but do like Call of Duty which plays fine on my L2000. Will it run okay on a Macbook?

It will probably run okay - the x200 GPU is a bit better than the integrated 950, but not all that much...also, will depend on the CPU and RAM differences between the two computers. Note - COD will play better than the more demanding COD 2.
