Booting Problems Plz Help

Hi Everyone,

I just (today 06/02) got a MSI-1039 Notebook from avadirect. I installed a few programs, adaware, spybot, winzip, vlc player, steam, east asian language pack, and omega drivers. I also installed a few drivers, 1 for my HP deskjet 3650, 1 for my USB hub, 1 for my mouse, 1 for my maxtor external hard drive. After this, I restarted the computer and now the computer just FREEZES everytime it gets into the windows XP loading screen(with the blue status bar).

I tried to safe mode but it goes through a few processes and freezes again.
The last line of code when I start in safe mode is this:
"multi(0)disk(0)partition(1)\WINDOWS\System32\Drivers\BTHidMgr.sys"

I put in the windows xp cd and tried to reinstall/repair the OS but again the system freezes at "Setup is starting Windows"

I bought the exact same model from ibuypower.com about 3 weeks ago and I encountered the same exact problem. I sent it back to them for a refund. But now it is happening again!
Is there something I am doing wrong?!?!? I'm not super tech savey, but I never had problems like this with my other computers before.

Here are the specific specs of the laptop:

#CUSTOM NOTEBOOK, MSI MS-1039 Turion™ Performance Laptop, 15.4" TFT WXGA, ATI® Mobility™ Radeon® X1600 256MB Graphics

#MICROSTAR, MS-1039 Turion™ Notebook Barebone, ATI® RX480M, 15.4" WXGA Glare TFT, DVD±RW DL, ATI® Mobility™ Radeon® X1600 256MB Graphics

# AMD, Turion™ 64 MT-37 2.0GHz, 1MB L2 cache, 25W, 90nm, 754-pin lidless mPGA

# CORSAIR, 2 GB (2 x 1GB) DDR 400MHz PC-3200 SDRAM SODIMM, Non-ECC

# HITACHI, 80.0GB Travelstar 7K100 7200-RPM, 8MB cache, 9.5mm, EIDE

# MICROSTAR, 8x Dual Layer DVD-RW Notebook Optical Drive (Included)

# MICROSTAR, MP54GBT2 Combo Wireless-G + Bluetooth Adapter, IEEE 802.11b/g 11/54Mbps, Mini-PCI (for MSI n/b only)

# MICROSOFT, Windows XP Home Edition

Anyone know what I am doing wrong, or perhaps a way to fix the issue? I really don't want to return another faulty laptop.

If this is in the wrong section of the forums plz forgive me and relocate it at will.

Did you boot up with your XP CD to do the repair? Here are a few more ideas/solutions:
