My order not showing up on Dell order status?

should i be worried about this? i ordered a couple of hours ago, but it says theres no record of any order.

"Your profile does not have any orders on record. To retrieve data for specific customer number, please enter the appropriate information in the Find missing orders section below."
"Only Home & Home Office, Small Business, Dell Refurbished and Dell Outlet customer numbers can be added using this feature. This customer number has not been added to your account."

i ordered thru EPP, but i dont see how that would affect me not being able to see my order

nevermind....i found out that i actually do have to go thru the EPP site

Yeah I wish there was a way to link your EPP orders to your account../

I didn't order through the EPP (I worked it both ways, and it was less expensive to use a coupon code), but I had the same message. The message concerned me too, but there must not have been a problem, as I ordered my laptop on a Wednesday and received it the following Tuesday.

I was ale to, but I had to have dell customer support link it up for me, that's the only way.

The orders in EPP and the tracking number in the Outlet never show up. Why? I don't know. But you can always find about your order status and tracking number(s) by contacting them.

meh...too lazy. lol. id much rather just get on a computer and punch in some numbers
