OK, So you chose a TM350? Good choice - the Broadcomm BCM20x5 is a decent chipset, but the stinkware Toshiba stack isn't very appealing.

This works if you have a Logitech MX900 mouse! (The only reason I needed Widcomm, plus I like its advanced features for A2DP VOIP handsfree and PIM syncing).

This is the most up to date version, already patched, and ready to install. http://www.megaupload.com/?d=Z3XVEWVQ

You'll need 7zip (better compression than other formats) to open the file.

It would be like updating EULA or readme.txt - the user knows what she or he has downloaded.

What is the advantage of using this instead of the Dell suplied one?
The Widcomm stack is of much higher quality than the Toshiba one Dell provides, and some people have problems with Dell's drivers eating up CPU cycles, a lot of memory, or even not working with, say, bluetooth mice. Widcomm's bluetooth drivers also have some other features Toshiba's doesn't. I recall reading a post saying that Toshiba's stack was more intuitive and user friendly, but the Widcomm drivers are pretty easy to figure out, and much better, in my opinion, than that crap Bluesoleil that my dongle uses.

One is if you use the Dell stack, Logitech might not support you. I have a Logitech Bluetooth mouse that quit working. I'm pretty sure it's a dead mouse, because I have two Dell laptops running the Toshiba and two of the same mice do I can test with them. But Logitech won't replace it until I can install it to a Widcomm stack for troubleshooting.

What version of the Widcomm stack is this?
version 1.4.1 dated April 2003, kind old.
how 'bout the sticky that exists about this topic already.. theres a pretty good guide in there......

I had difficulty installing this ... this version seems really old (most of the files are dated '03). I had much better luck installing the Widcomm stack that is in the board sticky.

Yeah, the Widcomm drivers in the sticky will work with many more devices, this one seems oriented for the Truemobile 350 only as the license file seems only to work for that. The ones in the sticky also work with the dongle I'm using until I get my 350 from Bal`thzar.
