Windows Explorer Question

Thread Starter
All my dvds are on an external harddrive I have. However they are all a list of folders i have to right click on and manually select the program to play it. Is there anyway that I can make these paticular folders more like an application where i simply double click them and the program plays it?

Dont think so. But with Ulead DVD and some other players, they add to your right-click menu, so that when you do right click you get the option of Open with Ulead DVD. Another option would be - if they are mpg or divx files, as opposed to simply copied DVD file structure - to put them all in the same folder and add that one to your favorites. Then your player would look there first everytime you open your dvd software.

On my rig PowerDVD is set to be the player for .VOB files. You can associate a file with a program from the 'Open With -> Choose Program' menu. Just chek the 'Always use..' and the association should stick.
