Likewise, when you guys are pricing out a Dell, keep in mind that no one in their right mind purchases a Dell without a 10-15 percent off coupon that float around all the time.

A friend of mine called Dell after seeing the ad on TV for a $400 computer and was told that that deal does nt exist despite just seeing it just minutes before the call. Are they selling that fast? If you simply look at the numbers displayed next to the models displayed on their site, the prices are low. But the base models displayed will often require selecting more options which will quickly put it in the same price range if not more than Alienware, Sager, and Voodoo. |

![]() The funny thing is that the majority of Dell owners have never even heard of Alienware, Voodoo, or Sager!!! I do give credit to Dell for making a decent entry into this area but I have to reiterate that at this price why would I go Dell instead of AW, Voodoo, or Sager? Dude you're gaming on a Dell? |
