ABS Return Policy

What is their official return policy? Is it 30 days from Date or order, shipment, or date the system was received?

I have the Z Force F2 and love it, but just found out my company may be getting us notebooks, in which case I would get myself a desktop for at home. Appreciate the help.

ABS Return Policy

Hi Pizzo812,

We're glad you like your F2. The official return policy is 30 days from Invoice Date which is the date that the computer leaves our warehouse. Please give our customer service department a call at 1-800-685-3471 to discuss return options. Also, if your company is buying notebooks, ABS offers a full line of business oriented notebooks in our Zensation series featuring Intel Centrino Mobile Technology.

hello...

i've been checking out these boards recently for general information on latops. i wasn't going to post until now...and what made me post was the fact that ABS actually responded to someone's post directly. i'm impressed. is this a normal occurance?

whatever the case, i've just i purchased a mayhem G1, and seeing this post really makes me happy i did. awesome...

can't wait to get it...

Pizzo if you like your f2 and you can talk to someone in your company maybe they could pay for yours instead of buying you a new one. I needed one for work, my boss gave me a 1500 dollar limit and I bought an ABS mayhem G1. It came to 1592 but i believe it will be worth the 100 dollars of my own money.
