Transferring Info from HDD

I am looking to upgrade my HDD from my crappy little 5400 60GB to a more powerful 7200 60GB or even 80GB HDD. What I want to know is if I can transfer everything from the old one to the new one. There is a lot of stuff on there that I would like to keep (ie all the updates for a MMORPG that I play) Thanks in advance.

You can use ghost or acronis drive image to transfer all the data from 1 drive to the other GL
