Everything was as it should have been, I only changed the Core and memory speeds for 3D, the voltage was already 1.24v as this is default for the GTX, and the PCI-ID to the GS.
I was able to boot before @ 690Mhz Core, now wonder if the memory is causing my problems.
I need a plain bootable CD where nvflash and the original ROM are in the root directory.
So I can be sure when it boots it's in the root directory and that nvflash is accessable, as I'm not the the 5150_joker bootable CD that I use for the flashing is getting to the right place. (my wifes D410 can't get to it with her USB CD/DVD)
If the worst has happened then I could send it back to dell I suppose, as I doubt even they will be able to test the GPU's BIOS to see that I have been naughty.
Or splash out on a new one of Ebay for about $200
Got some more work to do on this.

I know this is because of powermizer. I successfully modified a bios file with maximum core clocks of 465/1100 and throttled clocks of 300/800. I have it in the boot iso now. I just want to know if it will screw up my card before I flash it.
