I built my gf's sister a Z71V about a year ago. She has the battery issue and I am going to send it back and get it replaced. The other day she had me come over because she said her computer had gotten very slow. Low and behold she had 74 running processes which was crippling it. I fixed that problem and defragged since she has never done it. She calls yesterday and said when she shuts it down that it will restart itself about 2-3 minutes later. Anybody have any clue what could be causing this?
