I did the same exact thing, i ordered at the same time that i signed up for an AW credit card. Ive been stuck at Phase 2 for about 2 1/2 weeks now... i keep calling them daily and they keep saying they have to check on a few more things first and it will be all set. but its been 2 friggin weeks and it hasnt even started being built!!!! god its aggrivating.

My dream machine blue beast has been on phase 3 only for few days, but the more i read about phases the more nervous i get. This is worse than waiting for christmas when your nine years old...

phoned them today - all parts are now in build starts on Monday!!!! - fingers crossed thats exactly 4 weeks since I ordered it, hope the remaining 7 phases arn't anything like the 4 weeks for phases 1 to 3

Obviously I didnt cross my fingers quickly enough - just checked my emails this morning one from Alienware:

12.04.07 1130 Ordered via work phone using Alien Titanium Account. Phase 1.

12.05.07 1000 2 calls + 3 transfer calls via cell phone to Dell Financial (yeah Dell) for Order verification. They even called home phone for more verification, luckily wife confirmed since I "told" wife what I'm buying (not the price of 3600).

I should be in Phase 2/3, but web site says Phase 1.

I'll call again before end of business later.
