It's supposed to be an entire system exchange but so far each time I check the DPS he gave me, it doesn't give any production information at all. I don't see it in the production tracking yet either so I hope it's not delayed due to the 7900 GTX shortage that I've been hearing about. I e-mailed the other rep. about it so hopefully he gets back to me soon. Oh and guess what? This rep. had no problem with me keeping this system in case the new one is broken - only Vincent seemed to be stuck on this issue. The reason I'm so insistent about this is because I've had 3 lemons in a row now (2 E1705's and 1 M1710) and I told Vincent that. The last M1710 I received had a plethora of problems ranging from distorted screens during games to 5-6 dead pixels on the screen. I'm beginning to think that either I have really bad luck lately or the UPS driver likes to play frisbee w/the package before delivering it to me.





At least I have the feeling that I am, given my E1705 & even M1210 issues.
They have to provide a product that isn't flawed off the product line as far as I'm concerned. The last M1710 I had was a complete piece of garbage and like I mentioned (and posted pics in another thread) it had distorted screens in games and a screwed up LCD. This M1710 works great so far and the LG screen was beautiful for a week until a few days ago the red stuck pixels + dark tint on the right side of the screen cropped up.
