The keyboard is easy to take out but please keep yourself grounded, static electricity is bad.
One screw on the underside, located in the middle of the laptop that is in a 'deep' hole, holds the keyboard in. Once you unscrew that, look at the top of your keyboard. You will notice there are 4 tiny spring clips holding it onto the laptop. Push in the clip slowly and remove the keyboard, do it for all 4 clips. Once that is done the keyboard should come off.
Now to detach the keyboard, you need to gently pull on the tabs that keep the keyboard ribbon secured.

If you look at this picture, to the left and right of the green ribbon you will see tiny tabs on the sides of the brown portion the green ribbon is attached too. Gently pull these tabs out toward the touchpad, they will come out about 1/8 of an inch or so. Once you do this for both sides, you should be able to remove the green ribbon and take off the keyboard.
** Remember to remove the palm rest assembly there are three screws for it underneath the laptop as well as 3 under the keyboard.
