Problem with my sentia 223 (Sliver) or battery?

I don't know if there is something wrong to my laptop. I cannot turn it on. I assume the battery dead because after fully charge my battery, my computer only run for couple minutes and shut down. Also, I saw the red light on the battery icon at the bottom right corner. Is the battery dead or just computer? The problem is my alienware warranty expired last month. SUX FOR ME

BTW, IS there any good place to buy a replacement battery for Sentia?

YOU JINXED ME!
I say this because as for yesterday my beauty will shut down randomly when on battery power.
You can start up the 223's using your adapter without a batt in, try that to see if it is the battery. Personally, i don't think that's the issue, as I've a couple of batteries and it does the same thing with each of them.
There were a bunch of people with this problem when the 223's first started coming out, most of them were sent to the Depo an' fixed there, so I'd call tech an' see what's going on, let us all know what's happening. Unfortunately I can't go without my computer long enough to get it fixed, so I shall just live with using an adapter for the next 6 months or so. *Shrug*
In any case, sorry for hijacking, but the problem would most likely be with the Sentia itself. If it's what I just got at least.
