D620: upgrade video controler after the fact

I bought a D620 from dell refirbed with the std intel 950 controller.

Is it possible and at a reasonable cost to upgrade the controller after the fact?

I found a quadro for other dell laptops for an astounding $250 on ebay.

The Video controllers on the D620 and 820 are soldered onto the motherboard as opposed to being on a daughter card. The only way to upgrade graphics on a D620 and 820 is to change the motherboard.
