ok, funny one for ya, just noticed on my 4005 the acer badge on the screen lid is warmer, is it a heat sink in desguise???

That's where the power inverter for the LCD backlight is, so it should be normal for it to get warm.

Mine actually gets quite hot, but doesn't seem to be hurting anything.
