Wireless Problem

The bluetooth device is not found by the software on my Sager 4780 (no Wi-Fi), apparentely due to a misconfiguration of some internal dip switch. Can somebody help with the correct setting? A service manual would be the best support, however I seem to be unable o get one...
I am trying hard not having to return the machine for service for such a minor problem. Thanks.

Perhaps the techs at Sager can guide you via telephone to perform the operation?
