Excellent close up shots! So good we can see your dust

I still have and use my IBM 600X, I'm happy to see they haven't changed the looks much over the years. The blue enter key reminds me of an old type writer I used to have...I love it!

Quick question does the T60 have that sort of rubbery feel on the top of the lid? my friend has a T42 and it feels that way and I love it i hope the T60 has it to

Great pictures man! I am about 90% sure I'm going to buy one of these as well. Can you take some more pictures that show the sides? I want to get a feel for how think this laptop is. Pictures of it opened and closed from the side would be great. Thanks!

I was going to buy an Apple MacBook pro, but the T60 is cheaper, more durable and hopefully does not have the problems the new Intel Apple notebooks have been facing.

Excellent, and the white background seems very professional. Too good that it's hard for me to think that you took them!!

The T60 is a very nice notebook. If only it could have a wide screen...

Those pics are very good ones, very pro indeed, could you get some closeup shots of the side and bottom parts? is the feeling of the case as solid as that of the T42 or even T43?

The feel is pretty close to the the T43. The keyboard is ever so slightly less solid.

I am so going to end up buying one of those. I wanted to get an Apple lappy but there are too many issues with them right now.

To the poster above me, to each his own; But i think thinkpads are the best looking notebooks out there with apple being a close second.

as i was looking at these pictures one thing came into my mind

"You know IMB thinkpads look so not mainstream and pretty, that IF i were in a situation with a Thinkpad, and someone wanted to steal it, i would say "go ahead its a 7 year old laptop, look at it, you really wanna go pawn this and the guy laugh at you for brining in a 7 year old laptop?"

or, do you wanna go buy your rad looking alienware and joe smoe saying "dam thats an alienware, ill take that!"

hella nice upclose pics, what camera? :O

you rest your finger at the top, then slide your index finger over it, it regonizes you as the user, and lets you do whatever

im unsure at this point if you can log in as your own user and have 3 other users set for it in windows, then log in via fingerprint

great security measure, hope none of you get your finger cut off with a cigar tipper thingy so someone can hax40rz your guds
