anyone know anything about it?

is it the same as the one in the 9880?

why is it more expensive? is it worth it?

Just stop in at Sager's website and lookup the model info for each. They have detailed parts specifications for all of their models there. Just hit Google if you need their address. Then hit Google again and search for reviews on each TV card and see what's up. Good luck!

how do i find the model?
if its the same as the one in my 9880, $120 is a rip off, cuz this one was $70, and overpriced for its quality.

I wouldn't mind a bit of feedback, as well. I'll probably order my 5760, in just a few days. Here are some additional questions:

What format does the TV card capture to(avi,mpeg2,etc)? The answer to this will help determine what size of hard drive I need.

What is the capture frame size(720 x 480, etc)?

How is the picture quality in full screen?

I'll be using the TV card quite a bit, for recording purposes, so it would be nice to know if it's crap or not. I've considered the Win TV - USB, but it would be great to have everything self contained in the laptop.

Just thought I'd bump this request back to the top.

alright after much searching on this issue, this is what i came up with

http://www.lifeview.com.tw/html/prod...t_duo_mini.htm

it looks like the flydvb-t mini card. You can read up on the spec from that link. Hope this helps

Thanks for your effort. In the description, it states that it has composite video connections. The 5760 only has the RF/Coaxial connector. I wonder if this could still be the same manufacturer, but without the option for composite video?

The website posted up on the FlyDVB-T Duo Mini says:
"Inputs for S-Video and composite video sources are included, so you can connect external analog video devices such as a camcorder, VCR, or game console!"

The part on game consoles interests me. Anyone know if there's frame lag from the tv tuner? I asked in the hypersonic forum but no one knew. Frame lag as in, if on a tv you hear a gunshot and get hit at the exact same time. On the tv tuner you hear a gunshot, then die a split second later (but enough of a lag for you to have prevented dying in the firstplace).
I know USB tv tuners have this problem, but is this internal one better?
