Slow Streaming Video

hi everyone, when i watch streaming video's on winamp or youtube it takes a while to buffer up to 100%. is there anything i can do to speed up the process? im running a cable connection by the way.. thanks in advance

this can depend on the quality of the video, better quality=slower streaming

more ram is always good, tuning your tcpip performance is always a plus (http://www.speedguide.net/)

Other than get a faster internet connection, no. (fiddling with tcp/ip tuning might help, but not by that much.)

it's a network issue. If you are on wireless look at how good your reception is.
