Drivers for XP 64?

Hi guys,

I want to try out Windows XP 64 bit on my R4000 laptop (3200+ A64, 1GB DDR 400, ATI X200 128, Broadcom Wireless Card). I'm just wondering if others who have tried XP 64 can offer some advise on where to find the drivers? Especially Broadcom card...

Any help is appreciated,

go for it. broadcom just released their x64 driver, so u should have no issue. hp x64 drivers can be found at their site. planetAMD64 is a good site to browse and support for AMD64 driver.

u might want to run a dual boot on ur laptop and try out first.

Thanks qhn for the info . Another silly question: how do i find out the version of the Broadcom chip used in my lappy (broadcom lists several)? I look through the device manager thing and couldn't find anything on which version this is. It just says BCMWL5.sys or something.

it should say something under driver-driver version
