Im an AMD fan and i know that MHZ dont matter Intel wants u you to think that what counts. Centrino lost alot of shares because of this reason ( intel unbelieveble they even had there own investers FOOLED).In my opinion DEll went with a P4 so they can hang on to the Hipe of the more MHZ the better. i mean havent u seen enough. look at the athlon 64 running at like 2.3 GHZ and it out runs a P4 at 3.2 GHZ or even more. Come on is clearly showes that world the MHZ isnt everything (something apple has been saying for years). well this what i think. in my opinion any CPU can run a game. what u mostly need is RAM AND A GOOD VPU. this Is all i know i been building computer from age 13 i really never had a slow computer for games. is my opinion i really think is all about ram and VPU. i think MHZ matter every 2 DirectX that comes out.
In all honesty though, the fact of the matter is that if a system that is NON-UPGRADEABLE...ideally, how you want to package it is to keep it in balance. The operative word here is balance. So many chumps think...oooh yeah...a faster hard drive means faster games...faster this means faster games...NO it doesn't. Look into EXACTLY what each component provides....blah i'm ranting, just a little peeved cause so much misinformation is expounded recently on other forums by complete monkeys who don't understand some fundamental concepts of balance, bottlenecks, where to get improvements in performance and for what and for why and for how much.
