Applepowerbook Superdrive

Hi there I got a powerbook 15" 1.67 which I bought last August, I had a hard disk failure 2 months ago Apple replaced free of charge due to warranty.
A week ago I discovered that my superdrive does not accept any cd's or dvd's spits them out.
I am thinking of going to Apple here in london and ask for replacement of the laptop, what do you think?? any suggestions

Thanks I am going to Apple store this morning, do you know if the policy in UK is different to USA??
