Dell still puts junkware on reinstall CD?

ok, so i just got my XP CD, and i waited to install XP, cause i thought it might be better using Dells reinstall CD, even though i have my own, because if something comes up, then i could tell them i used their disc. well anyways, i was under the impression that the CDs dont have software, just the OS. well, i finally finished reformating, and installing, and theres another screen that says it is installing software. whats up with that?!?! heres a picture

nevermind, i thought it would install all that crap. it only installed like 4 things which take like 20 seconds each to remove

Those screens are the beginning of the Media Center Installation, not crapware.
