Hello everybody,
I am looking for a laptop I can take with me into the post-oil era.
Thus,
I am looking for a notebook that is solid, reliable, and that will last for as long as possible without wearing out. Also, I want something that has as little power consumption as possible.
Core Duo seems to be the ticket for power consumption.
My budget is 1600$
I would prefer a 15" screen, but this isnt so important.
Any suggestions? I was looking at the S96J, but I don't need the x1600 so much (though I do play games, so it would be fun). Anything out there in the same price range that is better build quality/power drain?
Thanks,
DHP
PS: I would prefer to avoid Dell, though if it is the best, I am open.
