I'm just about to plop down 3k of my hard earned money on a Sager 8890. However this thread has caused me to pause. There apparently is a risk here with the Sager product that I would not run with some of the competitive brands.
In no way do I find it acceptable to have to live with even one bad pixel. I will return this machine as sure as shooting should one show up. I can see me now just after my computer arrives bad pixel hunting.
Has there been any difference in the frequency occurrence of bad pixels with the SXGA versus the UXGA screens?
