Understanding the Return Policy

Thread Starter
I'm a new ower of the D620. So far so good. Not impressed with the screen but from other reviews that seems normal.

It was purchased out of Dell Outlet Cert Refurbished. I upgraded to 3 years CC + Accidential Damaged.

I have yet to erase, remove, or load any software, programs, etc because I didn't want to put myself in a bad situation if I have problems with the machine.

Question Do I void my return if I download software (say from Internet). I definitely have not opened any of the packaged Dell Software...

Thx

Downloading software doesn't void the warranty. You can reformat and alter programs if you want, they would reformat the drive before they resold it anyway, if you were to return it. I wouldn't overclock the GPU or anything, assuming you have a GPU.

Afterthought - Opening the packaged Dell software won't affect your warranty or the returnability of it either. Is returnability a word?
