Very Hot Dell at Japanese Conference

My apologies if this didn't get into the correct forum, but INQ has a rep for being ahead of the curve. They ID'd this "hot" machine as a Dell and if you look at the foreground, most of the notebooks appear to be smaller form factor.

Unbelievable, that's a first! What could have caused that? Really overheating I guess?

I think Li ion batteries that power these machines are the culprits. If you do a search on replacing your laptop battery packs, you'll find cautionary statements that sound like "don't try this at home." Recall the exploding cell phone epidemic a couple of years ago?
