You can use any standard Dell power adapter 65W or greater (with a round tip). I have a house full of Dell adapters that I've collected over the past couple of years and they all work fine(65W-90W). I'm even using a adapter for an X1 which is about half the size of the one supplied with the the M1210 (it's tiny). I do get an alarm that the system will not charge the battery but other than that it still works in a pinch. The other Dell adapters in my collection work without issue and charge just fine. Here's a couple that should work just as well as your stock unit. Look around for a Dell Home coupon and save a little more $$.

Dell does not make a port replicator for the M1210. You can use a generic replicator but it won't give you all the M1210's ports.
As far as a battery is concerned you're going to have to sit tight for a while and wait for them to start selling the batteries as accessories. I've been burned before so I made sure I ordered an extra. Of course my order took about twice as long as most here because mine was stuck in production waiting for the spare battery to arrive.
