Both Opera and Firefox can do gestures. I've been using them on FF for a while and I can't live without them. It's usually the first extension I install when on a different PC.

My #1 favorite extension though has to be adblock. I love blocking annoying pictures and sigs in most of the forums I read. Very handy.

You don't have it like that, you are missing google-search and tabs or bookmarks on your setup.

Look again. Tabs are 2nd row, top left.

Google search is 3rd row at top right. I don't use bookmark buttons (prefer a fly-out menu on the left side) but those could easily be added to one of the existing bars or on the left or right margins.

I have had the same problems lately. I wonder what is causing this? I will use Opera 9 when it is out of beta, mainly for online banking and payment stuff. It should be a little more secure since hackers don't target as much...or so I hope...

The google-search use the same bar as the adress-bar, not how I want it (I want to be able to see as much of the adress as possible), I didn't know it thoes where tabs or bookmarks, but one of them where missing, that's the point.

You can't get Opera as I want to, like FF look on the link I past, you say "easily" but no, it's not, it ain't possible.

Speaking of being stable, i was once with opera downloading a 95MB software..just as it was about to reach 100% it suddenly crashed on me and i had to redo it from 0% all over. Firefox never did this to me. Though firefox crashes on me when i open like almost a hundred tabs in one window.
