HELP! Problems after upgrade to my 5710

OK Ive upgraded my 5710 from:

CPU - 2.0Ghz
Graphics - X700
RAM - 1Gb

TO:

CPU - 2.26Ghz
Graphics - X800XT
RAM - 2Gb

Alright. I did the RAM first and there are no problems there. I tested it with Memtest86+ and Microssoft Windows Memory Diagnostic.

Then I tackled the CPU and GPU. Physical installation went without a problem except some of the thin film on the CPU heatsink came off while removing the 2.0 chip.

I get it back up and running and Im getting random reboots and shutdowns along with super slow bootups and shutdowns plus these errors and warnings in the Event Viewer:

Error Eventsystem 4609
Error DCOM 10010
Warning Dhcp 1003

I have already uninstalled Notebook Hardware Control because it didnt automatically adjust to a new CPU or GPU so I thought that was causing the problem because I had already ran some 3dmark tests and the CPU was probably running on the old voltages for the 2.0 cpu but Im not sure because I uninstalled after I noticed the GPU was running on the x700 setting in NHC. Still, this didnt fix the problem.

I used Driver Cleaner Pro in Safe mode to finish unistalling the old ATI drivers and I also used Cab cleaner and SP2.cab if that helps. I dont know if using SP2.cab was correct... I dont know.

Heres some specs:

Sager 5710
2.26Ghz Centrino M
2Gb PC2 4200 533Mhz DDR2
X800XT Bios: huclva13.970 07/29/05(ATI) Driver: Omega 3.8.252(catalyst6.5)

Help!

Oh I forgot to say I also upgraded the Motherboard Bios to: Phoenix Technologies BIOS revision 1.06

This was necessary for the new video card from what I hear.

Oh hell I feel stupid now. Thanks Martin.

Im uninstalling the video drivers now and will use driver cleaner pro then Im gonna reinstall those drivers and see what happens. Then I will update the chipset drivers and see whats what.

If those things dont take care of the problem I will reinstall Windows

If anyone else has ideas let me know.
