Nfl Head Coach Issues

for some reason the game only plays in a windowed mode i tried to change the resolution and set the refresh rate to 61 in the config files but to no avail......any ideas ?

this game works just fine on my desktop.....not in a window! like on my 9750 im assuming this is yet another issue with the LCD.
