WPA drivers for 5205-S705

Anyone have suggestions on how to ugrade the onboard WiFi to support WPA in a discontinued Toshiba?

try searching first thru toshiba support website

Pick support link then supply your model type and model number

Perhaps there will be a newer driver for your machine ... otherwise you can check out the product specs for your machine and if you can figure out who vendor is of the wifi product check the vendor website.

Have you tried windows update already to see if microsoft website has a WHQL (or whatever that is) microsoft certified driver for your machine?

Settings -> Control Panel -> System (then find device manager) is also another way to get some hardware details then try vendor website.

I've tried the support link without any luck. Was hesitant to go to the wifi OEM. That's actually the procedure I was looking for pointers on or any problems others may have had.
