I think theyre gettin pissed with me, i got an email from "Alienwatcher" telling me i was on Phase 4, i got really excited waiting for the email to open up thinking "im gunna b on phase 5- JESS!", but it just told me what i already knew, phase 4..

So i replied to the email saying "arrr, still on phase 4- how long does it take to say this CPU will work with this mobo, no, seriously" lol, and the guy emailed me back the EXACT same reply as yesterday..i dunno if hes pissed or just lazy..but it always just says:

"The lead time is 10-15 business days from the time we receive payment.

You will be contacted by a sales agent when your system is ready to be shipped."

Haha- if they get all my cash they gotta expect to be pestered day after day!!!

I can imagine it's frustrating, I'm in Phase 1 24 hours after making the order - damn this wired transfer and 3 day clearance !!!

Don't count on anything...I was in phase #11 for two weeks. That was well before the holidays.

Just hang in there. My advice is this: forget you ever bought the thing. Pretend you never even saw the Phase page..just go about your life as though nothing had happened. When the laptop arrives, it arrives. And you just may still have your sanity.

Trust me! I lost my mind in those 4 weeks! We're here for you...with the long couch.

such good advice....really it is. if you ignore it, before long you'll find yourself checking your phase every chance you get; the first thing you do when you get to work (or just get out of bed), the last thing you do every night. and when you feel you're stuck in a phase unjustly, your blood pressure rises and you get an irresistable urge to call alienware and demand why they don't love you anymore....

worst of all, you can get 'phase jealousy', when someone else posts here about how quickly they're moving through the phases (was it striker that took something like 6 days from order to the day it was delivered?! ) - you find your eyes narrowing and your teeth gritting, and....well, that's when you know you have a serious problem.

anyway, just listen to craig
