The mini-remote that I purcahsed with my laptop was just placed into the PC Card Slot. After RTFMing I found out it shouldnt me located there. Any ideas how to get it out as it is rather lodged in there.
I also have my first problem of the screen having green vertical scanlines whenever the monitor is pulled so far back from the closed position. My belief is that a wire is lose because it is consistant and the screen shows the green lines when it gets far back and disappears when close. This is frusterating, but alas all I can do is send it back for repairs. I love this machine to death, but this is really a draw back and would make me second guess HP which I havent in the past. I assumed quality products were a must from them, but I have been making a mistake.
