Would I need a widescreen external LCD to go with my M140's widescreen so to properly display everything? Or could I get a standard screen (4:3) screen and the output would match to fit?

I fiddled with the settings and got the output to look correct on my spare CRT. Interestingly enough, the Intel program has an option to output 1600x1200 to the external screen...didn't think the GMA 900 could go that high (I guess I'm just thinking of the max rez for the notebook's built-in screen, which is 1280x800.) Anyway, all is well and I know what to do now.
