Thinkpad T60p purchase

Hello everyone,

I am from Korea and now want to purchase directly an IBM Thinkpad T60p at http://www.pc.ibm.com/us/notebooks/t...ies/index.html.
Currently, Levono is offering a sale program so I am interesting in this chance. I 've already chosen a preferable T60p has main cofiguration:

ThinkPad T60p
Model2613ESU
T2500 (2GHz, 2MB L2, 667MHz FSB)
14.1 inch SXGA+ (1400x1050) TFT
256MB ATI Mobility FireGL V5200
80 GB 5400 rpm SATA
4x Max DVD Recordable Dual Layer
6 Cell Li-Ion Battery

Configured price $2,159.00 (without sale minus)

The difficulty I face that they do not ship their product to coutries outside USA. Is there someone could give me some instructions how I can buy my chosen notebook. Addition, please let me know:

- How is import/export tax policy (percent of cost) ?
- How is warranty since I purchase one oversea and is it possible to use local country's warranty service?

I got mine on Canada and get it serviced in Mexico without any problems. I think, however, that the international warranty is only valid for systems with 3 years of service.
