Need help with e1505 - flashing scroll lock/caps lock and doesn't turn on!

I just received this from a fellow member from the forums...however the thing won't turn on. I've had several dells before and have a 700m right now and I've never had this happen to me. When I press the power button the power led turns on the scroll lock and caps lock ones start flashing and the num lock one stays on. There is really no noise - just one of the back fans seems to turn on. The hdd doesn't come on or I can't hear it at least and there is no video...

Any help is greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance.

Reseat your memory. if you get the same problem after reseating then then your memory's defective or your memory slots have gone. call dell for replacements.
