XPS GEN 2 -- Control fan speed?

I have installed a software called Notebook hardware control or NHC, and can control my procs voltages and frequency, which makes it run much cooler when playing games or longer battery when mobile. But...does anyone know if it is possible, through software, or possibly a bios flash to control the fan speed?

Search for i8kfangui (or i9kfangui) on google. i9k doesn't yet have full support for the Core Duo machines, but the newest beta of i8k does.
