or is the ASUS A8N32-SLI Deluxe still the best out there for gaming right know.

Anyone any thoughts? any advanced comparison apart from the memory

I am still doing my research

which would you choose ,the ASUS A8N32-SLI Deluxe or the Asus M2N32-SLI DELUXE and why?

I am leading towards the latter, because it does everything that the former does, and more. The "more" is that it supports AM2 and DDR2, two technologies that offer more bandwidth and better support for future technologies.

It is obviously more futureproof, but the latter requires a new processor and memory. The A8N32-SLI is compatable with existing A64 setups.

If you are building from the ground up, AM2 is the way to go. If you already have a 939 processor, odds are you also have DDR memory. Then it's not really worth it to upgrade yet unless you want bleeding edge.
