XTreme-G MobileForce VS 88.61-v2.50 X32\X64 RELEASED!!!

This is driver version 88.61-v2.50 X32\X64. The first of the brand new XTreme-G MobileForce VS line to be released, this driver also debuts the v2.50 TweakSet. Though they are XTreme-G drivers, these drivers must STILL be regarded as Beta, as the ForceWare driver that they are based on are beta. From the testing I've been able to do, these do give better performance and image quality over the stock 88.61 driver, but as I said, they are not perfect. Mainly because of Vista's quirkiness with 3D apps. Though, again, Vista and it's drivers (including these) are still Beta, so don't be surprised if problems come up. I hope these drivers can do well for everyone, and as always, leave feedback, and have fun!!!

Has anyone tested this with a 7800 GTX? Any issues? I wouldn't imagine there would be, but I just wanted to ask around before I install them.

I think it is good to clearly point out that THESE DRIVERS ARE FOR VISTA ONLY, people will miss it im sure.

I don't understand why did you bothered (or tested) with x86_64 drivers since no one (except very few with ES Meroms) can run Vista x64? Even then its not a good idea to run it imo.

GeForce Tony, do these drivers unlock all the features of the old Nvidia control Panel?

Some of us have more than 1 machine. The Vista 64 drivers will be helpful.

These are mobile drivers only, they don't contain desktop device IDs.

Unfortunately, no, as the NVIDIA drivers themselves are physically lacking of these features we know. As I said, these drivers and the OS they are for are still considered BETA, and this is more proof of this fact .

Why? Simply because not all notebooks are based on Pentium M processors. There are plenty of Pentium 4, Athlon 64 and Turion 64 notebooks that are all 64-bit capable, with NVIDIA Mobile GPU's. These users have a chance to have an XTreme-G MobileForce driver if they decide to test the Vista Beta 2 64-bit version. There have been quite a few downloads of the X64 version of the driver as well
