FEDEX LOST MY ****ING LAPTOP!!! ****ING BUAI:SD:KFSNKNADSKNSADKNSADKNDSAKF!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I could ****ing kill someone right now, Im so ****ing pissed. ****!!! YOU!!!!! FEDEX!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Alienware should use ups.

UPS blows worse than FedEx.

If FedEx lost your laptop, they'll pay to replace it.

thats the thing. I DONT want that machine back, but untill alienware gets it, I dont get my new one! Now I have to wait for the long process of AW setteling an agreement to get the money back from the lost shipment, which could delay my new lappy up to a month!!!

Honestly, do you have a special case. If AW told you it can take a month to get your new system ready now, I would try to contact their customer relations. AW will want to keep you happy, and while it’s not their fault FED-EX lost your laptop, it is their fault they chose to use FED-EX who, in your case, cannot make a simple delivery.

yeah i have yet to even come close to being impressed with fedex ground...fedex is great, but ground is horrible.

at least the one down here is...i really wish i could use someone else when dealing with shipments

In order for AW to get FedEx to pay for a new laptop, they have to give FedEx a chance to find the wayward machine. It's unfortunate, but despite the delay, if they can't find your system you will get a new machine.

It does seem to have gone bad about every step of the way for MrG...

I forgot that AW was making an exchange, so FedEx losing yours is about the worst thing that could happen. Unbelievable...

Mr. Goodwrench - I really do feel for you. You have been through so much, and then were excited about getting the replacement. I hope it gets resolved very soon.
