infrared driver for 9100 ?

HI
Is there an infrared driver for the inspiron 9100. Or what setting should it be used under.
Becuause right now the driver that i am using is way to slow.

My settings are this
Infra red Tranceiver type : AUTO (Defualt)
Min Turn Around time : 0.5 ms
Speedlimit: 9.6kbps

Has anyone got any clue on how to make this faster . I think when i increase the speed limit the IR port doesnt work properly

ok dont worry i solved the problem . i found that 1/2mb a sec works quite well
