my step sis just came home with a little mac book and i tried to get her access to the internet through my router with WEP but it kept giving an error. i turned off my wireless security and it worked fine. so wahts the deal?

i have a wireless-b linksys router model # wefw11s4

how is the linksys security set up? how did u try and enter the security code on the mac? which wireless security option did u choose in the drop down menu?
