I know that the notebook has got 4 speakers. So in my mind I think it is a 4-channel configuration.
In the sound properties in Windows, I can set it to Quadraphonic Speakers and it will save just fine.
However, when I run Realtek's sound effect manager, and go to Speaker configuration, there is only 2spker / headphone mode. After I enter this screen, the windows sound properties value will also auto change to 2 speaker/headphone configuration.
Simply put, the Realtek Sound Effect Manager only seem to detect 2 speakers or headphone option. THere are no other options like 4-channel or something which I think should be there.
Is there something wrong? Any idea?
