I place the order for P100-ST9012 last thursday. When I called about it monday, they told me the notebook will be in stock this friday and will ship immediately thereafter. I been researching the P105-S921 for about 3 month, but never seen that model displayed anywhere (bestbuy, costco, circuitcity or comp usa) and now I am worried and thinking about cancelling the order. My biggest worry is that the screen might not be bright as I need. Every notebook display I've been to, the screens of all the Satellite notebooks were very different. Even among the A100s side by side, some are brighter and has better viewing angle then others. Only P100 I seen is the S6014 today at CompUSA, and I was very disappointed by the it's screen (in both brightness and the viewing angle). But the Acer5672 screens were exactly what I was expecting the P100 screen to look like. Even the HP's 17 inch screens were bright and had great viewing angle. I am worried that I just spent $2000 on a notebook I've never seen and I might regret it after I turn it on for the first time. Its not that I want a perfect notebook, but that my eyes are not what it used to be and my notebook screen has to be as sharp and bright as I can get, in order to ease up on my eyes. I been reading this forum and the notebookreview in order to shop for my first notebook for last 3 month, and from what I read, I thought that Toshibas LCDs were one the most sharpest and brightest out there. Was I misinformed?
