What gamepad do you guys use?

I'm in the market for a new gamepad. I like the Logitech Rumblepad 2, but I'm looking for a gamepad with "grooves" for the analog stick going in all 8 directions, sort of like a gamecube controller. It's not really that big of a deal in most games, but if you've played Sonic Heroes or Sonic Adventure DX (EDIT: Or basically ANY platforming game), you'd know exactly why the grooves would be good. Sometimes its hard to just go "straight" forward. I know they make those gamecube --> USB adapters, but actual PC gamepads usually work better (I have a ps2 adapter), and I would like a more "traditional" button layout like the PS2 controller's.

Does anyone know of a gamepad that meets my needs?

I use and love the xbox 360 pad, mostly for emulators and the occasional racing game.

I love the xbox 360 pad, infact after getting used to it I preffer it over the PS2 pad which was my previous favorite.

Does anyone know where I can get one of these? I've heard of them but have never been able to find one for sale anywhere. I'm currently thinking of getting a gamepad, and really like the look of the USB Xbox 360 pad, but if i could find one of these for cheap then I'd be cool just using one of my spare cube controllers as I think it's one of the comfiest gamepads I have ever used.
