Dumb Q: e1705 uses SATA and not ATA-6 right?

Thread Starter
I am buying a 100gb 7200rpm upgrade from Newegg and have the choice between SATA and ATA-6.

I assume the e1705 is SATA, and that ATA-6 is the 'old' interface.

Are these assumptions correct?

Thank you,

Different interfaces. Get the SATA drive.
